To really drive home the difference we provide through Encode Services, we are fully prepared to engage with you through existing market models…but quite honestly, we just wouldn’t feel right about charging you for the contractor placement, taking a larger cut of their hourly rate, and invoicing you again for further non-competitive charges when you seek to hire our great people on a full-time basis.
