Encode Services Pty Ltd (Encode Services) is an Australian
Company registered under the Australian Corporations Act 2001.
Encode Services is the trustee for the Encode Unit Trust,
Encode Unit Trust is the trading entity for Encode Services.
Mr Gianni Mason and Mr Sam Higgins founded Encode Services
in June 1999. Encode Services was established as a legal entity
on the 1st of July 1999 and began trading from
that date.
As of January 2006, Encode Services consisted of a Director
and ten employees and three associates.
Encode Services is Goods and Services Tax (GST) registered
and a Government Information Technology Contract (GITC) signatory.
Our ABN is 55 090 401 472, and our GITC Registration is Q-1681.
